Our History
Del’s Pastry: Rising Stronger Than Ever

After a devastating fire in the summer of 2021, Del’s Pastry is back with renewed strength and dedication. Today, we proudly operate out of a state-of-the-art, 128,000-square-foot facility in Toronto, Canada, where our team has worked tirelessly to resume production of your favorite pastries.

As we continue to innovate, Del’s Pastry is evolving into a more socially and environmentally governed company. Our passionate team has been instrumental in driving our sustainability efforts. We're excited to share our latest advancements, including the installation of a fully automated laminating AMF Tromp Line and a remarkable 100-foot oven.

With these cutting-edge resources, we’ve doubled our fully baked puff pastry capabilities, ensuring that our strudels, Danishes, and Cinnamon Buns are more impressive with every bite.
